Vision | Software | Entrepreneurship | Values

My mission is to achieve self-actualization by creating products and spaces that contribute to the commons, either by creating spaces where people become meaningfully connected to each other, or by helping them become better versions of themselves.
I've been a professional software engineer since 2009. I've worked across many business verticals, with many technologies, and in various roles within organizations - as individual contributor, team leader, and staff mentor.
I've also been an entrepreneur, with several projects under my belt, and many more in various stages of completion. I launched my first startup (CloseKnit) in the local lending and community-building space at the height of the pandemic, and was an early technical advisor to another startup in this space (Naborino.)

Open to discuss collaboration as a temporary or permanent CTO, external software auditor, board advisor, and possibly open to team leadership or staff-level engineering roles in established startups and orgs.

"Pocket Clients" is a mobile application that allows owner-operators of small businesses to conveniently manage their clients.

A startup idea I worked on for several months with collaborators and contractors. It had no viable revenue-generation plan, and I ultimately decided to put it on ice, while learning valuable lessons.

As a lover of computer language design, I was playing around with dependent typing in Scala. The result was a powerful but succinct dependent-typing library called Adjective.
